An engineer by training, a social worker by passion, and a global citizen at heart, Temilade's career reflects a remarkable blend of analytical precision and impactful social action. His extensive experience in governmental and non-governmental organizations, stretching across 12+ years, reveals a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing communities worldwide.
Early on, Temilade demonstrated his commitment to empowering youth. While still a university student, he partnered with the United Nations to launch "Project Hope," a groundbreaking initiative across Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya that equipped adolescents with economic assets for improved livelihoods. The project's success earned him the coveted title of UNESCO Youth Ambassador for the Culture of Peace.
Equipped with a Master's in Peace and Conflict Transformation, Temilade continued his impactful journey through diverse roles. He was appointed an observer for the UN South-South Cooperation Agreement, collaborating with the Colombian government on youth agricultural entrepreneurship. He championed educational equity by bridging the gap between schools, UNESCO, and Ministries of Education in six African countries. His dedication to youth and community development also shines through his collaboration with UN-Habitat on safe cities and youth-friendly centers.
Currently, Temilade leverages his expertise at The Universities at Shady Grove as a Coordinator of Strategic Projects, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing sustainability initiatives. His keen understanding of community wealth building and ecological economics informs his strategic vision, aiming to create a more resilient and equitable future.

He is actively rounding off his doctoral studies in Educational Leadership and Administration, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to personal and professional growth.
